Position: Fence Installer (Union)

Compensation: Up to $27 an hour
Employment: Full Time (Monday-Friday)

Requirements:
– Driver’s License (CDL Class A, additional pay)
– Clean abstract record
– Safely carry loads up to and possibly exceeding 50lbs
– 2 years of construction experience preferred
– Ability to efficiently work unsupervised as required

Construction Shop Mechanic

Compensation: Up to $20+ based on experience
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, Profit Sharing, Vacation
 
Requirements:
– Driver’s License (CDL Class A additional pay)
– CleanAbstract Record
– Safely Carry Loads up to and possibly exceeding 50 lbs
– Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs on small gas, diesel, pneumatic, hydraulic and low voltage equipment and tools
– Mechanically inclined
– Speak, read and understand English
– Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook
– Must be capable of prioritizing and managing time
– Must be able to effectively communicate with multiple roles and people
 
Job Description 
 
– Responsible for general maintenance, tracking maintenance and assignment of small tools and equipment.
– Responsible for scheduling and tracking outsourced services for vehicles, equipment and tools.
– Learn to use and maintain specialty fabrication equipment (cnc milling machine, chain link weaving machine).
– Assist with basic building and shop maintenance and improvements
– This is a support position for a construction company. There will be many varied tasks and requests which you must be able to prioritize, track and complete efficiently. You will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for managing your own time.
